I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at your office on the 20th of this month. Unfortunately, I left the office without receiving any detailed information about aftercare, which left me with several questions about my recovery.After I was able to speak again, I called your office to follow up, but the interaction I had with Candace was unprofessional. She was dismissive of my concerns, and when I thought the call had dropped, I called back, only to hear her laughing before she abruptly hung up on me. I was never contacted again, and my questions went unanswered.This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with Candace's tone, which I find rude and unhelpful. As a patient who is recovering from a procedure, I felt disregarded and dismissed rather than supported. Dental pain and recovery are serious matters, and I believe patients deserve to have their questions addressed with professionalism and respect.Based on this experience, I will not be recommending your office to others. I hope this feedback can be used to improve patient interactions in the future.

Staff are friendly with big smiles. I met Dr. Sahar for the first time since Dr. K left Smile Art. I was a bit worried from the beginning because my kids had Dr. K when they were little. However, Dr. Sahar is very friendly and patient . She is willing to spend time listening to all my concerns about my kids ' oral health. Happy dental visit !
