I had the best experience at Sioux Fall Smiles! I’m in the area for work and they were able to get me in for a check up/cleaning in a reasonable time frame which was amazing! The hygienist and the dentist were both helpful and made sure to go over any concerns I had. All their explanations were clear and easy to understand. It was relaxing and not stressful at all!

This place was great took all my children here. Then I missed 2 appointments that I forgot about due to the office only updating my contact information and not my children. Which I would think it was common sense to update all the phone numbers. So now they won’t let my children go here after we have been using them for 3 years. Don’t use this place they don’t even try to understand peoples situations.

Very caring staff! They explain what’s going on with your teeth very well. Were quick and efficient and as long as you fill out the simple paperwork before your appointment it is a smooth process. Looking forward to the next appointment:)

Have been a regular customer for years and for the most part had a good experience until recently. Cancelled my appointment 2 days in advance only to be billed $90 anyway. They harassed me daily with text messages and letters in the mail because I refused to pay the fee for a missed appointment that I had canceled. I’ve paid their fee and won’t ever go back or recommend anyone there ever again.
