This review is for Dr. Bobby Butler.If you are an immigrant, find another provider!If don’t like a dentist touching your shoulder with his hip, find yourself another provider.I had a consultation about a major surgical procedure with Dr. Butler.He asked three questions: We are you from? How long have you been in this country? Do you ever go back? He wanted to make sure he correctly understood the number of years I have been in the U.S.Maybe he hopes to catch a spy, maybe he has a sidekick as a passport control officer, and he confused his dental office with the passport control at SeaTac.I am happy to answer all these questions to the immigration officials. I don’t want the immigration officials to consult me about my dental treatment, and I don’t want a dentist to check my immigration status.When Dr. Butler examined my teeth, he rested his hip on my shoulder. And he raised his voice at his assistant during the consultation.P.S. after receiving the reply from the owner. The owner replied "We are sorry that you felt your personal situation was...".Dear business owner: my review describes the words and touches by Dr. Butler. My review is not about my feelings that are none of your business.I don't have a "personal situation". By calling a federally protected class (national origin) a "personal situation", you are attempting to dismiss the problem at your office.

I am writing a review for Dr. Bobby Butler having now seen him twice with 20 years in between each appointment. I am a clinician and have practiced for 30 years treating patients and am acutely aware of how patients should be treated. Being in private practice one tends to go the extra mile for their patients and Bobby did just that. He was professional, courteous to his staff, and sensitive to the level of anxiety I have around dentistry. He is by far a seasoned clinician that has established a reputation within the community and among clinicians as being one of the best. Outstanding!

Dr. O'Beirne and her entire team have been absolutely amazing. I appreciate their time & the attentive care they take to ensure nothing but success for their patients. I've had some challenges for some time with one of my teeth & they've worked hard to restore my smile. I can't wait to see the finished product & the results of their fine work. Dr. O’Beirne is a wonderful and skilled surgeon who has gained my trust and respect through the years. She has high level skills, but is also a nice, caring person. I have found her and everyone on her staff a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them, and it is my pleasure to do so.
