Not the greatest experience with them today. Had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. The assistant that was taking my X-rays forgot I was in the chair, so I sat around for an extra 10 minutes waiting. Took about an hour just for X-rays, that has never happen to me in my life.I will say the doctor was very knowledgeable. He gave me a great treatment plan. I didn’t schedule any further appointments due to the office not being familiar with the active duty dental program. They were trying to charge me for services that are covered by my dental insurance. After I left the office I called my insurance and confirmed that there is a referral process the office is supposed to follow. The equipment they use looks old, and needs to be cleaned. While I was in the chair, there was a clear set of dust just piled up on the rails of the X-ray machine. I am in the process of finding another dental office to get a second opinion on the treatment plan and one that is familiar with the active duty dental program.

I am keenly watching this specific dental practice. I went for the first time in May and was told I need deep cleaning and antibiotics. I did it. But wanted me to come back in 3 months to see if I needed more deep cleaning and antibiotics. I said no thank you I will schedule for me regular 6 months.Took my mom there last month and she was told she needed deep cleaning. She said she wants just a regular cleaning she was told that is the doctor's order and they can't change it. We were asked to come back the next day for the hygienist to assess and see if she will go ahead and clean. Went back the next day same stupid argument again about not being able to go against the doctors order. What was the purpose of going back when they knew they were set in what they intended to do. So they refused to do regular cleaning and we left.A few days ago my husband went there for annual exam and was told he need almost $2000 worth of dental work including deep cleaning, antibiotics etc. I find this place to be very dishonest with its customers as to what they really need. They should also understand that the client has a right to say I don't agree with what you are prescribing. Is regular cleaning not a thing anymore????Will see what happens at my next appointment but all I need is a regular clean. Never had a cavity in my almost 50 yrs on earth.

We just moved here from NH, and we're very lucky to find such a great place like Sage Dental! The staff is great! They explained everything to us before doing anything! We were very happy and I went back for a deep cleaning. I feel great! My wife is set up for her deep cleaning in the near future! I really appreciate everyone there! GREAT TEAM! Much appreciated 👏!

I wrote a long review on Yelp and reported to the Better Business Bureau, as well as the insurance company. Alert!!!!! Do not waste your time and money with this establishment. I wish that I would’ve read reviews outside of the Sage website because they are really bad! I think they have 1.5 to 2 stars. If I could give them 0, I would. My issue was a periodontal one in which I needed surgery at the PSL location. I would find another professional and competent office before you waste money, time, and lots of emotional distress. They do not take responsibility for their deficiencies and misleading actions.

This place is a joke…..wish I could give no stars ! Robs the common working people! Went there for one tooth extraction…. They wanted to charge me over $700.00 for one tooth! They added services that I did not ask for! Because of such a hike in price I was unable to extract my broken tooth! Wow! The office charges were way more than the extraction! Sage dental ! What a joke!!! The worse part the doctor refused to only extract my tooth
