I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but I wasn’t seen until an hour after my scheduled time. It became clear that the office had double-booked the dental hygienist, which is both unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time.To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged a $10 office fee. I had already met my deductible, and my insurance fully covers my visits, so this charge was confusing and frustrating. The staff didn’t inform me of this fee in advance, which felt like an unfair surprise.While the actual care I received was fine, the lack of communication, excessive wait time, and surprise fee made this visit an unpleasant experience. I hope the office improves its scheduling practices and is more transparent with patients about additional charges in the future.

I did not have a pleasant experience with them at all. I wish I had been more forward with my questions. Not only did the partial I had fall out, break many times. I would ask about my concern about my top lip and all he would say was that’s just how it should be. Now I cannot even stand to look in the mirror. I would research whatever dentist you go to.

My bf made sure they were on his insurance, made an appointment, that they called to confirm. Filled out their online health history. Got ready for appointment. The day of the appointment about 1 hour before arrival they called and said ,"Oh we don't take your insurance." And she was pretty rude about it when he simply asked her how could that be? You were on my insurance and you confirmed that you took my insurance. Apparently, they don't take his plan. They should have checked that before making the appointment. Make sure they take your plan!!!!
