I came to Rochester Hills Family Dentistry after many years of accepting less than acceptable treatment from other dental practices. Dr. Thietten and his staff is are absolutely AMAZING! Amanda was my hygienist and gave me the most thorough cleaning and attention I've ever had! She and Dr. Thietten made me aware of treatment I needed and set me up with Dr. Thomas to do the root canal. Dr. Thomas did the most amazing job and took extra time to ensure everything was the best! I would give this office a 10 star if I could! Thank you Rochester Hills Family Dentistry for making me feel so cared for! I'm so blessed to be a patient here!

My experience at this dentist's office leaves me to do what I do not usually do - if I could leave negative stars, I would. He had good reviews, so I thought he would be good. The office staff is very good, however the dentist's work left me to have it done correctly at another dental practice. I first had a cleaning done at this office. The assistant was inexperienced and kept spraying water on my face. At the next appointment, the dentist made a temporary crown, which I was surprised his new assistant put on. The temporary fell off within two days, even though I was eating nothing hard, sticky or crunchy and mostly using the opposite side of my mouth. I went back to have him put it back on. When the permanent crown came in, it took a lot of adjustments to get it right, and within a week, it too fell off, not because of anything I ate. At this point, I lost trust in this dental practice and found a new dentist who fixed my crown and has since replaced another crown that needed replacing. I was sorry it didn't work out there, but the multiple crowns falling off was most inconvenient and painful.

I am not exaggerating when I say that 5 starts to this practice is not enough!Dr Thietten had to fix the poor job my previous dentist did.I couldn’t believe how clean, friendly, attentive and amazing everyone who works here is!I went for a cleaning and told them that the cavities they filled were gone so they were able to do both things in one visit and they don’t make you come back another day or make more money out of you.Dr Jeremy Thietten is honest, respectful and caring!I really love love love this dentist!Also, their schedule is also a win, they do one Saturday of the month, also late mornings or afternoons.

Dr Thietten has a GREAT practice! The Dr is professional, down to earth, and on point. You can tell he is very experienced. Dr Thierten has an excellent staff! They are very knowledgeable & take the time to explain everything. They try hard to accommodate desirable appt times and dates. My whole family is very happy with them!
