There should have been a -ve star as option but unfortunately one start is the minimum, so I will go with that.I had high hopes for River Part Dental and "Dr. Phing Saurer" based on their reputation, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. After I left an honest one-star review regarding my previous visit, not only did they ask us to change the rating, but I was shocked to find that Dr. Saurer refused to see us for a follow-up appointment. We were advised to remove that one-star review only then they would consider seeing us again, despite the fact that it was for a dental emergency. (Fortunately, we have a full recording of the conversation and will be filing legal charges, as medical and dental practices should not operate in such a monopolistic manner.)It is incredibly unprofessional to deny care based on patient feedback, especially when that feedback is intended to help improve the practice. Instead of addressing the primacy concerns and looking what might have led someone to leave such review, Dr. Saurer chose to retaliate by refusing to accept my spouse as a patient. This response demonstrates a lack of accountability and a disregard for patient relationships.Constructive criticism is essential for growth, and it’s disheartening to see a healthcare professional take such a defensive stance. As a patient, I expected better from a practice of this caliber. I urge others to consider this before choosing River Part Dental. It's crucial to have a dentist who values all feedback, good or bad, and is committed to providing care to everyone.
