First time coming to this dentist office, everything was great, from the moment they ask you to complete the details 1 Gm day before, electronically and easy to complete form to the moment you are welcomed and attended almost immediately! The doctor and Sarah (my dental hygienist) were great and very knowledgeable. Comparing to the previous office I used… I can tell a huge difference in attention (not rushed) and how well they did my deep cleaning! I had never experienced that in order to confirm how well the deep cleaning was performed, they used x-rays of the areas of concern. Great first experience and I highly recommend this company and this location👍🏼

Our experience me and my wife at Rigby Dental was awesome! Major thanks to their amazing front office staff Dixie , Bridgett and Kayla! The higene in the back Malissa and Shelby were very attentive and mindful of their patients! Dr evens is amazing as always! Will highly recommend going to rigby dental!

Elli and Sarah were amazing! I love this place. Best dental office I have ever been to. Elli also seated me six months ago, and as I am terrified of dentists, she made it so fun! I was immediately calmed down when I saw that she was the one bringing me back today :) also, we can talk about piercings which I enjoy, haha! Overall, this place rocks! Both dentists that work here are fabulous and all of the staff are so kind!

I wish I was better prepared for my dental procedure. No one explained what to expect afterwards, I had no idea I would have stitches and need to wait 4 months for a crown, or get a bone graft. I signed consent forms without the doctor speaking to me or offering to answer questions. The staff is very nice but no one talked to me during the procedure to explain what was happening so it caused more stress. They also were socializing amongst one another while I laid there wondering what was happening. I know this is very normal for the staff, but it would help to remember this is likely the first time your patient is experiencing this and has no idea what to expect.
