I am extremely dissapointed with the service I received in this establishment. I have been a client for several years and spent thousands of dollars here. When I told Dr. Amato that after several treatments I was still experiencing pain that was causing difficulty when I tried to eat. His response was and I quote, "Well, maybe that is not the worst thing." I am overweight and have been my entire life. But after this comment I spiraled into a deep depression. After almost a year I have not seen him, he has not entered my examination room since. When I went in for a cleaning a few days ago. The older white woman with greyish hair who always sits behind the desk was not there. I could hear loud laughing in the background. No one greeted me for several minutes. When someone finally came out I was informed that I had a same day cancellation fee. And that it needed to be paid before I was allowed to have my cleaning. I went outside and spoke to my husband. He said that he spoke to someone that morning asked them to refrain from mentioning it to me. That he would take care of it as soon as possible, later that afternoon or the next day. I went in and told meegan, my cleaner what he said. We are not a wealthy family and his paycheck had not yet cleared in his bank account. She told me that my account had been "flagged" by the lead administrator and that I was not to be seen until the amount had been paid. The fee was $79. I am in their Bright Program for the 2nd time. Which means I have payed a lump sum fee of several hundred dollars for a certain number of cleanings. This means that my current cleaning and the next two scheduled cleanings were already paid for in full. I can't even fully express the level of disappointment I am experiencing right now.

Dr. Amato and his team are professional and accommodating. I hate going to the dentist and I was extremely nervous about the procedure I was scheduled for, but Dr. Amato worked diligently and made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible. The office is modern, exceptionally clean, and full of beautiful murals. His staff is very welcoming, patient, and eager to help. Due to my pleasant experience, I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Amato and his team are wonderful. His procedures are painless and the quality of his service is excellent. I had two implants completed today and am extremely satisfied with the results. Professional, clean offices and a cheery delightful design. Thanks Dr. Amato for your service and professionalism.

Dr. Amato is the best! Always explaining in great details what is going on with your mouth. He then gave me the best hygienist, Julie, who takes her time doing my cleaning, and also explains in great details when she sees something that is out of “order”. 😀
