Great experience as always. Lauren at the front desk helped navigate an insurance issue and was able to get me an appointment the next day. Melissa was very gentle and helped mitigate some dental anxiety. Dr. Clark is so excellent for detailed work and professionalism. Cannot recommend this team enough.

Melissa is a SOLID hygienist!>> very skilled with cleaning with all tools, including the ultrasonic water tool. Very diligent to get all tartar cleared.>>She connects and remembers details of her patients. Helps keep us comfortable during cleanings. Great “bedside manner”, keeps the atmosphere upbeat!I recommend that all hygienists in the Apex dental office learn and be mentored by her—clearly loves her job.
