My wife and I had a great experience here at Reston Family Smiles. For me, I needed a bad filling to be evaluated. Dr. Dee was the right person for the job. She and her team was kind, professional, and welcoming. My last dentist did a poor job with the filling. However, she was able to fix the issue I had and now I can eat and enjoy food the way I should! So happy to come to this dentistry!

Dr. Dee and her team (Jaime and Karla) were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I needed to be seen for an emergency and got an appointment same day. I was called back quickly with barely any wait time. They verified my insurance and informed me of my copay. The office was modern and clean. I had to be referred to an oral surgeon and they helped me get scheduled too. Very happy I found this office.

This place is all about SALES! I have never felt that way at a dentist office before. I had to tell them that I needed to talk to my husband before making a decision to get them to stop pushing Invisalign. I have never felt like my teeth needed to be any straighter so they should have taken my initial 'no thanks' and left me alone. The dentist pushed hard after that. I will never go back. I more recently requested my records to be sent to my new dentist and they want to charge me $35 to send the records. I have also never been charged to send records. This practice only cares about the money and not their customers. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience! There was a cancellation and was able to get seen that day. Kirisa was gentle since I have had sensitivity in the past but I didn’t this time. Dr. Dee was upfront about what would be helpful for the inflammation. Great experience with Jamie at the front. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

A classic bait-and-switch operation with new patient promos and unapologetic attempts to upsell you while you're already in the chair. Fee changes based on alternate procedures are understandable, but be upfront about it and be able to articulate the difference. In fairness, their hygienist was pleasant, but the front desk staff seemingly had no desire to build long-lasting client relationships.
