Hygienist knocked out my filling during a deep clean and didn't say anything. Luckily I noticed it had fallen out when I went to the bathroom after. The doctor who originally put the filling in quickly ushered me into the other room to put in a filling in about 3 minutes. I go here because literally no one else takes Medicaid. I don't plan on going back.

Both my cleaning and my dental work were handled very well. The dentist and hygienist were efficient, gentle, and highly skilled. The procedure (5 fillings!) was painless after the initial injections, and even those were mild.The front desk staff is welcoming, kind, and wonderful to work with.I highly recommend, and could not be happier with my experiences.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work. This office was so fast, and kind and really gentle. Cannot recommend enough— for the first time in my life I can say that I had an ENJOYABLE dental experience.

Horrible business, scam insurance company, equipment from 70’s & 80’s. Filthy with zero sanitation or maintenance on dental equipment. They will tell you that you came for an appointment (a year later) when you actually canceled and then try to charge you saying your insurance company is refusing to pay for your visit.I know of 4 people within the last 6 months they’ve done this to.The good reviews here are from the people that used to operate this practice.I would rate ZERO if I could.BEWARE!

We had a great experience here at reliable dental care in Portland right from the start! From booking the appointment, to our greeting at the front desk, our cleanings with the dental hygienist, to Dr.Wong, it was great from start to finish! Looking forward to our next visits.
