I would give this a 5 star as the staff is friendly, the hygienists are quick to do their portions, the dentist was knowledgeable and helpful. The place is very clean and modern. The only issue I have is they triple book patients. I’m not making this up. This is how they operate because it came down from the owner. My wait time is always a minimum of 30-60 minutes after I’m in the chair. I’ve watched 1-2shows at that point as there’s a tv in the room. If this doesn’t change, I’ll have to leave and go elsewhere given that I’m a single , working mother and my time is extremely limited. I don’t want to leave but I might have to.

I had my first appointment for a checkup and cleaning several weeks ago after not being satisfied with my last dentist. Dr. Oh was thorough and explained everything he was doing, including showing me all of my x-rays, which reflected no issues. They have more modern equipment than the last dentist I had gone to for years. Very pleasant experience overall.

Not "reliable" at all. They said they will need to get insurance pre-approval before a procedure. At first responded to texting saying that they need more time, then ignored me completely. At least they could say "no" and I will go see someone else. They let me deliberately wait for nothing, making my condition irreversibly worse!

The staff is the most kind staff, I actually just enjoy going there. However, the few visits I have been there for a cleaning the dentist never used floss and only took a total of 8-10 minutes to clean my teeth. He told me my teeth looked great and I don’t have any issues. Since I have started seeing him the buildup on my teeth is extremely noticeable. I brush 1-3 times a week, I floss, and I use a water pick. Yet, in between my teeth has started to turn yellow. I do not think I can continue going to this office. I ended up going to another office one week after my cleaning and they immediately found a cavity that was over looked from this office. Makes me sad since I really enjoyed the staff. I hope they can spend more time with their clients.

Love this place doc is super friendly along with the staff absolutely 💯 would really recommend to anyone needing any work everything is on the first floor. Handicap access. ♿️ parking.restrooms are not to the public.
