I am chronic Lyme patient that benefited tremendously from the jawbone cavitation surgery that Dr. Curatola performed. For me, the biggest success was cleaning the necrosis below the gum line and receiving a very accurate pathology lab result. For five years, I have tried to do bloodwork to determine the nature of the pathogens involved in Lyme, but I was not able to accomplish this. The cavitation surgery and the removal of the sample tissue provided me a complete list of Lyme bacteria and its coinfections. For me, this represented a massive step forward in the treatment of these coinfections.Dr. Curatola is a very sensitive and caring biological dentist and surgeon who has perfected his technique to the point where the resulting post-op pain is minimal. In his office, Dr. Curatola made ample use of red light therapy, which reduced the inflammation. His staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and hospitable. My whole experience was unforgettable and a gift from God in the midst of a difficult healing journey.I would highly Dr. Curatola to any Lyme patient who feels stuck in their treatment ..

Very friendly staff, very informative and willing to discuss details in depth. Listens to the patient and has a vast knowledge of dentistry beyond the traditional methods (aka covering up underlying conditions) that most positively are making us sick! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Curatola and staff at the 5th Ave location. I had 3 appointments for bone cavitation surgery over the last 2 years and all went amazingly well. The staff was so polite and accommodating and Dr Curatola took very good care of me. I highly recommend them!

Cortney was very professional, amicable as she explained what will happen during the session. X-rays were taken to show her and me what’s going on with my mouth. The cleaning procedure was smooth and painless. I felt my teeth afterwards so clean. We went over the best thing to do to maintain my shiney, clean, beautiful, teeth. Thank you 💥.
