"I recently had an appointment at Redmond Dental Center , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel completely at ease. The office was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made the whole visit even better. Teresa they hygienist also did an amazing job and was very gentle. Dr. Hyunsoo was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really put my mind at ease. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. I highly recommend Redmond Dental Center to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!"

Have gone here for many years. I now drive from two hours away to continue to be in their care if that tells you anything. Very personable and will always take care of you. 10/10 recommend

After being a happy patient of this office for many years, it gives me no pleasure to now feel compelled to leave a one star review due to a recent experience. Earlier this year under the advise of new Dr. Lim, the previous managing dentist has retired, I agreed to have 3 fillings replaced even though I was having NO issues with these fillings. Turns out that they did not need be replaced. After several appeals and grievance filed to my insurance company, the work has been denied for coverage because there were no cavities or fractures with the original fillings. As I said, I was having NO issues so it's hard for me to say my insurance providers decision was wrong. Bottom line, I have had to pay $900 out of pocket to have fillings replaced that were not failing. If you are recommended treatment by Dr. Lim and don't want the same experience, be sure to have the procedure approved by your dental insurance before scheduling the work.
