When Dr Bridges was there, I was happy with treatment I received. If I ever had a problem, I could go to him and it would be fixed and good. The opposite is true since he has retired. In 2023 I visited the office for 3 different check ups and never had x-rays done as they were supposed to do. The dentist had been tracking some minor issues from 2022. In 2024 I finally got x-rays and those issues had become problems that needed to be dealt with. Ray Dental has not offered any suitable solutions to work with me on the problem and has told me that I will be responsible for work when it probably could have been prevented had I had x-rays in 2023. They have only offered to fix some fillings that they did in the first place.

Best. Dental. Office. Ever. Everyone is extremely nice and Dr. Anh is the best dentist I’ve ever had! The building/offices are nice as well. It’s great to have such a wonderful office in Rapid.
