Rangewood Orthodontics has been such a blessing!! I moved to Colorado Springs mid treatment w my braces and they have taken over and have gone above and beyond making sure I'm satisfied with my end results. I have a very stubborn gap in my front 2 upper teeth and it has been a challenge to get it resolved. I've had braces, then put into aligners, and also a frenectomy which lead to further concerns with my gap. All of the staff have been so friendly, patient, caring, understanding, and professional from the front desk to the techs/assistants and of course the Orthodontist themselves. I must note the financial advisor Cassandra has really been so beneficial to me through it all. She has helped me w insurance issues and getting them resolved on a number of occasions. Always there to help in any way possible and very informative and understanding. Worked with me through all the issues even after my insurance had expired and came out with beyond exceptional financial results. I needed more work to close my gap after my retainers were fitted. She understood my frustration and bad luck w my gap and we made the perfect plan to resolve my issues. I have had the best experience all around from the 1st time stepping in the office, till now with Dr. Sally Claassan who has taken over my treatment since Dr. Chad Watts has retiered. She is very caring and professional. I would highly recommend using Rangewood Orthodontics for any orthodontic work needed!!
