Front desk staff was really friendly and was able to get an appointment quickly. However, when I went to my appointment, I waited 50 minutes to be seen for 2 minutes. I told the dentist my issue with my one tooth and was told I needed to come back. Anywhere you go, the problem could be fixed on the spot. I go to the front and they had no available appointments and said they would call me, which they did the next day, and I was able to come in a couple of days later. I was on my way to the office (I live 40 minutes away) and when I was 10 minutes out, they called and cancelled my appointment and told me they would call me back when they could, but of course never did. Completely disappeared with no explanation or apology. Pretty unprofessional and definitely wont come back.

The staff and Dr’s at the Pawling office are terrific!! . The front desk employee Theresa is very efficient and compassionate!!

Extremely friendly staff. All if them, from the receptionists to the dentist and everyone in-between. Clean building. I feel great about the next steps I was given. There wasn't that long of a wait. I was in and out in about an hour. I'm not looking forward to the root canal I have to get but I trust them 100%.

The staff at Pawling were wonderful! Theresa (receptionist) was a pleasure to speak with and very accommodating! I had a great dental cleaning with Ivana and Dr Farrah was so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Quality dental 😊
