I had a very disappointing experience at Prudent Dental. While the initial consultation was advertised as “free,” it turned out to be nothing more than a glorified sales pitch. They spent very little time actually examining my teeth and seemed more focused on pushing unnecessary treatments and products. After the “free” visit, I was presented with an outrageously overpriced treatment plan. I felt like they were more interested in making money than providing honest, quality care. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and left me feeling misled. I would not recommend Prudent Dental if you’re looking for fair pricing or a genuine consultation.

Everyone there has been awesome throughout my whole process. Roxanne has been amazing and worked well with communicating my appointments and payments. Over all results look amazing. Extremely happy with the service provided.

Almost a year later and I’m still waiting for my records I requested. They gave me an I’ll fitting partial multiple times. The last one was completely unwearable from day one. Sharp and they even left it with the markings from their adjustments. Very dismissive. Delivering something like this to patient says a lot of the work we don’t get to see. STAY AWAY.

This place is a joke if you listen to anything please stop and listen they are scam artists. They will bill you for services they don’t render and they use dental codes for your insurance company. I went in for a free consultation and was billed for all kinds of x rays this place is a hole in the wall it’s disgusting and dirty the staff talks about private information right in front of patients. I truly hope the BBB gets involved.

I had a disappointing experience at Prudent Dental in Dallas. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the level of attention and care was lacking. The doctor seemed inattentive and rushed through my appointment, barely taking the time to address my concerns or explain the procedures. This made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. The lack of thoroughness and personal attention left me dissatisfied with the overall care I received. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to Prudent Dental.
