I came in for a cleaning and needed some bonding work done on two teeth. One necessary and the other cosmetic. The hygienist told me the work on the cosmetic tooth could physically not be done, and the bonding would not hold unless there was a cavity. I explained the tooth had bonding years back done without any cavity; only to resize. After asking Dr. Efrain Socarras why it was not possible, he then asked what insurance I had. After telling him Husky it became quite clear that simply because insurance wouldn't cover it, I was told it could not be done. Seems they think my insurance defines my ability or desire to pay for cosmetic work. This was extremely rude and condescending.
