BUYER BEWARE! I am giving a very low review for my experience at Bellevue Premier Periodontics . Not because of the level of service but for the misleading information given regarding fees. In fact, feel it my duty to inform others so they don't get stuck with hundreds of dollars in Anesthesia fees. I recently received services for extractions, after the Oral surgery was scheduled, I was told by the office I had to prepay the fee for anesthesia . I was put off by this information as I have never in all my years of dental care had to prepay for the anesthesia. Reluctantly agreed to put the hundreds of dollars charge on my credit card and was told the separate Anesthesia company performing the services would bill my insurance companies for reimbursement. Honestly if I had not already made arrangements to take off work as well as a driver, I would have cancelled the procedure. In hind sight I should have. In light of space given, I will spare you ALL the details but just let me say now after 2 months of chasing the Hunter@ Ethereal and Watchful Anesthesia(company that performed the service) and their billing company, Kristy @ Meldahl Medical I am told that neither my Medical or Dental insurance companies cover the billing code of my procedure. It has been a combination of misleading information as well as misquoted rates provided since the beginning of working with this office. I will say Hunter at Ethereal and Watchful Anesthesia did reimbursement the difference in the hourly quote but now after weeks/months and multiple correspondences with all parties involved, I am left paying off hundreds of dollars on my credit card. I am not sure if this was complete dishonesty or misinformed but either way I was lead to believe I would be reimbursed this huge charge. I have tried to get resolution to no avail. I will not be back. Another tip: when your general dentist refers you to a specialist check for coverage benefits ie: in network vs out of network and if the procedure will be covered, don't rely on them to do so for you. Again, HUGE mistake on my part not investigating further and taking what i was being told as truth. I am a senior citizen on a limited income and this is a huge hardship for me.

I had a very caring, professional and positive experience today at Premier Periodontics. Dr. Enghiad has a great bed side manner and her surgical assistant was very helpful going over instructions and running questions by the doctor. Overall a good experience other than a slight communication error that I did want back up pain meds sent to a pharmacy on the two hour drive home, it wasn't sent in so I had to wait longer for it to be sent after I was there and then waited additionally for the pharmacy to fill it. Other than that slight delay, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this practice for your periodontal needs.
