My son’s been receiving treatment for a couple years here already scheduling is ALWAYS a pain…. More so recently we had to miss our appointment this past week and so technology takeover a text message follow up was extended informing us of our missed appointment along with a corresponding link encouraging us to reschedule via the attached link and so I attempted to…. only for the link to be a dud and it to display a pop up message telling me to call into office to reschedule just a tad bit annoying like why even send a link to reschedule when we actually cant through the link…. Honestly in no rush to reschedule either since I know it’ll be at minimum two-three months out…..

I am very displeased at their service every time my daughter has an appointment we’re never seen at the scheduled time, it’s always 30 to 40 minutes after schedule time and when she’s seen, she’s only seen for 20 minutes. The lady at the front desk when checking in is very rude and not pleasant doesn’t have good customer service skills. My daughter doesn’t feel comfortable going there. She said the people are very rude to her. Once her braces is off. We will no longer do any business with them.

Disappointed with the Treatment and SchedulingI started braces treatment for both of my daughters at Premier Orthodontics on January 2nd. Initially, they only placed braces on their upper teeth. On the same day, one of my daughter’s braces detached without her even eating. I called to schedule an appointment to have it reattached, but instead of fixing it, the dentist decided to remove it entirely. Now, she has a noticeable gap where the bracket should be, which affects her confidence.To make matters worse, their next appointment isn’t until mid-March—over two months later. That means both of my daughters will be stuck with incomplete treatment for an extended period, which is frustrating and concerning. Given this experience, I would strongly recommend looking for a more reliable orthodontic office that prioritizes both effective treatment and patient confidence.

My son has been receiving services here in Premier Orthodontics for almost a year, every time we have an appointment it was always unpleasant, long wait! Wait time is at least one hour, even you come early. The front desk staff are not friendly, they are rude and unprofessional. Today my son was given service by I don’t know, lack of experienced dental technician who didn’t know what to do? Even the doctor gave her orders, my son was crying out loud because of pain, she keep poking my son inner cheek that led to bleeding and swollen, so she was not able to finish her job. And told me to make another appointment so I went to the front desk and they said my son next appointment is after 2 months!!!! My son was traumatized and doesn’t want to go back. I’m so disappointed..
