Dr. Ochoa and the staff are great. I had a fear of dentist due to a past bad experience, they cured my fear over time. I do not dread my appointments and anyone that has a fear of going to the dentist knows how amazing that is to overcome. They don’t judge and they make accommodations for every patients comfort level. My family has been going there for years. Their billing doesn’t always make sense and you have to double check the bills to ensure your insurance was processed properly when something seems off. A few years ago they had a really great person doing billing. I wish they still had her. It has gotten better but it can still be frustrating, but that probably happens with most offices. Sometimes the add on services they offer feel like a sales pitch and it’s hard to tell when something is truly needed. My family continues using them and we wouldn’t change because we know they stay up to date on all their training, put money into having the latest equipment and overall are great.

I feel trusting of the staff and Dr I met yesterday and feel confident in moving forward with treatment. I require just an extraction at this time and believe (young) Dr. has the skill set to relieve me of this potential bigger issue. I do not mind working to support what I see as strong start up business or a practice in our area and o very much want to build trusting business relationships to be able rely on.

Going to the dentist is not always something you look forward to, but the girls at Precision Dental Care make it fun and inviting! They are always so nice, welcoming, and so full of energy (even at 7am). I have gotten such amazing care! They really care about your well-being!

Excellent first visit. Very pleasant and professional staff. The lobby is warm and cozy versus blah and sterile. The hygienist was so thorough and explained everything that she was doing. Modern technology for dentistry without adding costs. I am so happy I switched to this place.
