Today was the first time coming to the facility I do must say the entire staff was EXCELLENT, THE way they took the time out to explain all the information that will be needed was great .ii really felt comfortable with this Dentist and look forward to coming back to have more services rendered. From an insurance standpoint do not come here. I made an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance they said they did. I go in and they tell me that my insurance isn’t accepted but they’ll do a free exam which they did and then proceeded to sell me what I needed done which was going to cost me $5,000.00. Then they said if I accepted then and there they would discount to $4,000.00 but I don’t have that kind of money so I declined and mind you I had an emergency going in with a back tooth. I went somewhere else that accepted my insurance and only paid 1k for better work. Seems predatory to have accepted me and offer their work at the price they did when the honest route would have been to be truthful of not accepting my insurance in the first place and advised to go somewhere they would.**** editing my review ***12/02/2024It has been 3 months since my review and this place has not stopped calling me, emailing me, texting me, and mailing me postal letters asking me to change my initial review or edit it in exchange for an Amazon gift card. Beware of this place.

Amazing staff, I’ve been bringing my mom here for one year and have done an amazing job to my mom she will be getting her dentures and the procedure has been a very successful and careful experience. staff is amazing i would definitely recommend this dental place to all my family and friends, thank you dental plaza for always providing the best service to my mom!
