When our previous holistic dentist stopped doing regular check-ups, we had to switch and decided to try PJN. A costly mistake. My child had zero cavities, but the dentist asked to put sealants on some teeth just to be safe. When I got the bill it was over $600! They charged me $100 per sealant, and didn't bother to check with my insurance beforehand to find out if they cover them, so I got stuck with the surprise bill. For my other child who didn't have any cavities and just needed a cleaning, they charged over $200. THANK the Lord I politely declined extra x-rays for them, or I'd have gotten stuck with that obscene bill too. During my husband's cleaning they knocked a crown off and clumsily put it back on. The bite was incorrect, so he was in horrible pain for days and asked to come back in and have it fixed. The receptionist said she could get him in a month later (!) He insisted he be seen immediately, and she was able to find something within a few days. They "fixed" his crown and sent him home, where it popped off again. He went back to them and this time Dr. Pascal roughly re-cemented the crown with a lot of force. It has stayed on, but it's been many months and he has been in pain ever since. He is refusing to go back to PJN since they severely botched it, and is now seeking help somewhere else and has been told PJN most likely damaged the root of the tooth. All in all, I am sad to say that we were disgusted by their obscene billing (and we're used to paying for holistic/biological dentists), and their actual work is not dependable. We will not be back.

Everyone is very kind and professional.Dr Nguyen spent well over an hour talking about my entire health and the process we would go through. They have very high tech equipment that paints the whole oral picture, and great staff to work with.
