Healthy smiles as my roommate started seeing them. In my opinion, I find a couple things that sound shady to me. When I asked a question about my roommates experience and why there was a discrepancy compared to mine I was told that my roommates ex-husband helped her pay for some of the services which to me is a big hipa violation, and it was untrue according to my roommate. I had a deep cleaning 4 months ago and I got a call from them stating that I need to come in for a regular cleaning. Usually only do two a year which is every 6 months I found that kind of strange. When I asked about it didn't get it direct answer only I should talk to the hygienist which I will do today because I'm scheduled today at 1:00 because they had an opening today. My insurance allows $5,000 a year for anything done. I recommended them originally to my neighbor and her husband and they went in and had some work done and then got a bill which was $700 for the husband and I don't know what it was for her but we called our rep for banner health and they got refunded. I need a dental records from a retired dentist in Michigan so I could finish my implant and they told me they never got it.. I paid $25 to have this done. So when I called regarding the records that were supposed to be sent to them they told me it was sent out over two months ago and to have the office call them so I told them, and when I talk to them today was thinking about canceling my appointment she said she didn't call at that time that she would today. We will see and I'm also going to ask for a copy of those records if they do receive them because I honestly I'm thinking about going to a different dentist."
