Furthermore, I recently received a call to schedule a cleaning and explained to the person that they weren't in my network and they charged me the last time I went in. She wanted to check with my insurer to make sure but I told her that I already had a new dentist. I was not rude and she slammed the phone on me. Completely unprofessional."
