She then started to “fully inform” me of options and when explaining her conscious sedation she said for “kids like him that don’t listen”. I had to stop her and told her she was being rude and she went on and stated that she was just trying to tell me all about the procedure. But telling me my son doesn’t listen has nothing to do with the procedure and neither myself or her were in the X-ray room so I don’t know how she thinks she has the right to say he doesn’t listen. Will NEVER be going back and filed a formal complaint with my insurance company as well. Dr. Oriolo should NOT be working with kids. If you care about your child you will not go here. Also she charges a $300 charge for behavioral fee. (Which is the charge to ensure you child is strapped down and she will work and finish his dental work regardless of your children’s pain, tears, etc.) a total scam according to other dentist offices."
