After my long-time dentist retired, I was not happy with his replacement and recommendations she had made, so I decided to go to Pearl Dental for a second opinion. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dental assistant Shannon was very kind and listened to my concerns. The dentist explained everything in understandable terms and was genuinely kind and personable. I have found a new dentist and I'm very happy about it! Thank you.

I have dental anxiety and for this reason my dental health has suffered. I needed a root canal and some fillings. Both dentists that I saw for both procedures were amazing and patient. They explained everything that was happening and answered all my questions. The dental assistant was also very good and knowledgeable about the procedures when I was asking her questions. Overall it was a good experience!

I had a lovely first visit experience. The staff was present with me, courteous, friendly, informative, flexible, and accommodating. It was clear they coordinated well together. I had a full set of xrays by Denise, a cleaning by Kaylee, and a look over by Dr. Razek. All gave superior and extremely gentle service and wise advice. Plus I am finally in network. Will be sticking with them.

Although I believe Dr Pagri was a good dentist, he does not know how to handle any kind of confrontation. He had started a crown, and never completed his work. I could never get an appointment no matter how many weeks went by. One of the front desk women who pretended to understand my concerns made up something because there is no other explanation. My last appointment I had a cleaning which was great as usual. I went back to see Dr Pagri, someone that joked and laughed with me before, and he dismissed me. Just said he couldn’t help me anymore!! Never in my life hadI been treated this way. I was shocked and angry. I let him know that and did some cursing. I should not have behaved that way, and later was sorry I did. When I was walking out, the woman that definitely said something negative about me, ran and I mean ran to the bathroom so she did not have so see me. She knew it was her that caused this dismissal. How horrible to make an appointment with a patient to dismiss them. He could have called me and asked me why I was upset. Dr Pagri just believed whatever she told him without speaking to me. So be careful with the front desk women who pretended to be friendly for a few years and then one turned on me. Shame on her. Beware do not share any concerns with them.
