Everyone is the office treats you with respect from the moment you check in with the receptionist. Not just the dentists and hygienists/technicians, but the office staff as well. I had to get a temporary crown in a rush because I cracked a tooth just days before I was going o"n vacation. They scheduled me for a same day appointment and put in a temporary crown. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes even though I had made the appointment that morning. Also, I had a problem with the insurance company which was denying coverage for a certain treatment. The account person in the office called me and explained the problem and suggested that perhaps I could get it straightened out with the insurance company and avoid having to pay the bill. Eventually, I knew that I would have to pay for the service, but she offered me a chance to try and get the insurance first instead of hassling me for the payment immediately. I have been going to Patrick Family Dental for a couple of years now and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.Once again, I had a tooth emergency. An older crown came out. I left a message on the website and Dr. Patrick called me early Monday. He scheduled me for the same afternoon. I am very grateful.I am very happy to have found Patrick Family Dental. Both Doctors Patrick are easy to talk to. I appreciate that they and their staff talk to you in plain language so that you know what procedures are being done and why. I fully recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.I've been disappointed by other dentists. I'm so glad to have Patrick Family Dental for my dental care. You feel more at ease when the doctor greets you by name and can make small talk remembering your past conversations. I highly recommend this office.
