Worst set of dentures I have ever seen . My dad paid cash for. And I mean just worthless. I would not go there it looked like a student molded them. I certainly am not happy. And I mean an entire set. Eat oranges and peaches - can not verbally speak correctly with them in. And they put them in and said oh they look so nice. I thought get real. I would not go there at all.

I would avoid this place like the plague. While they do a good job of numbing and come across as very nice people, they fail in critical ways. They paint a picture of rosy, unrealistic outcomes and provide almost no patient education prior to procedures. They don't seem to care if they destroy your ability to work, eat or speak as long as they get another patient done. They're dishonest about what they offer and the outcomes at incredible harm to patients financial wellbeing and quality of life. I would not under any circumstances use this clinic. Shameful!

Horrible customer service. The receptionists are rude and disrespectful. The dentist refused to put filings in only wanted to pull all of my teeth when I only had 2 bad ones that needed fillings. If you have Medicaid it’s even worse.

I’ve been looking for a dentist for 2 years, I left the other dentist bc I felt judged about my choices not to use flouride toothpaste. Dr. Alex gave me an alternative option of MI paste which I appreciate. He even knew about n-Ha, which surprised me. This lets me know that even though he has his degree, he is continuing education on his own and keeping up with the ever changing fast-pace of new knowledge! He didn’t even hesitate to refer me somewhere else for my daughter to see. Thanks everyone at Parkside.

UPATED 1/08/25 My appt kept getting pushed back time after time. After the 3rd time they rescheduled they informed me that they were no longer accepting my insurance but that I could pay out of packet.Now that I have been seen by a new dentist, I’m needing a root canal and multiple cavities worked on. How was this missed?! I had been going here 2x a year since 2010.
