I’ve been here for 5 years approximately, and it really is the best dental practice! I love it here! Everyone is so kind and professional! We started going to PAL dentistry last year after being with our previous dentist for over 20 years. Their entire team is professional and caring about their patients. They have the latest technologies, which enables the hygienist and doctor to explain and show exactly what they need plan to do.They discovered a number of issues that had been overlooked by my previous dentist. I needed a couple of crowns. They have the ability to create them on site instead of having to wait a week or two to install them, saving me from having to go back for installation and cost as well.This is a great practice and I would highly recommend them.

So I have been going to the same dentist since I moved to Reston 11 years ago. But last year I had to change because they stopped taking my insurance.I found PAL Family Dentistry online, they had the best reviews, so I tried them. They are amazing!!!! Their reception staff is always so friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist are friendly professional and don’t make me feel like a bad person for not flossing as much as I should lol. The dentist are amazing. They treat everyone like family. I am very happy my old dentist stopped taking my insurance because this place feels like home. Thanks!

I do not love going to the dentist but I absolutely have loved Dr Flex, Dr Pal, and all the hygienists I've seen throughout these past 4-5 years at this practice. I recently had a cavity refilled and Dr Flex did such an amazingly efficient job. They're all so incredibly thoughtful and considerate here at this practice. Who'd have thought that a simple lip balm during an open-mouth procedure would make such a difference but it DID. Both that tiny little gesture of providing moisturizer and having a screen up with Netflix on to distract you is genius to making a not-so-fun experience actually, well, nice. Thanks to Pal Family Dentistry for being A++ on dentistry care and customer service!
