After many years with my washing machine, it finally came to an end. My husband and I were in the market for a new washing machine and decided to look at P.C. Richard's on Richmond ave. We walked in with no idea what to look for with all the new technology. We were greeted with a warm smile from their associate Valerie who helped us narrow down our selection and was knowledged with all their different options available. We were able to select a machine and opted for the 5 year warranty all in under 30 mins. Our entire experience was lovely! She was extremely helpful and if we are ever in the market for further appliances we would love to seek her assistance again! Thank you to Valerie for helping us with our new washing machine!

Steve S was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. He worked with us for well over an hour as he helped us pick out a new refrigerator, oven, television, and soundbar. He pointed us in the right direction for install, and old appliance removal. He’s the guy to go to when you come shopping here!
