Day of I was overcharged for my surgery. She said she would reverse the charge. I was knocked out when I left so I couldn't check back in. I proceed to get an additional bill in the mail but also a denial letter from insurance stating they needed more info. I emailed the billing office THREE times to see if they were able to get my insurance what they needed and received no communication back. Finally they sent me to collections. I called the office, was told I would get a call back. When I did get a call back she was rude. I paid what owed but still don't understand why my insurance originally denied it and feel overcharged (again) So watch your bills and insurance with this one. The actual procedure was fine.

First the front desk asked me to fill out the paperwork again although I spent 45 minutes filling the needed paperwork online days before the appointment.The appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, I didn’t go back until 3:30pm. The doctor did apologize for the delay.The assistant Abygaelle A. took my daughter’s information down but put the information in the computer under the wrong name, which we could see from where we were sitting.When we went to checkout the employee stated that my daughter had another tooth to remove along with her wisdom teeth. Which was a mistake. We corrected her and she acted as if we were mistaken. When she discovered that we were correct, she did not apologize or take responsibility for making the mistake. She blamed the doctor.And the initial charge for the office visit was told to me on the phone before the appointment and at the beginning the appointment that it was $37. When I checked out, they charged us $47.Too many red flags for me to ignore. I just don’t feel comfortable, placing my child in the hands of an office that seems dis and their employees seem that they’re inept at Filling out paperwork and identifying who their clients truly are.Before we left the office the assistant Abygaelle A. asked us to give her a five star review. You don’t do that unless you deserve a five star review, And that office and especially Abigail does not deserve a five star review. We will not be returning for any procedure.
