Had a problem with their account office when they mistakenly thought that my Insurance was in network. I called and double checked (2 times) whether my wisdom teeth consultation would be covered by my dental insurance. They ensured that it is covered. I went there and met with Dr. Chandran. Everyone seemed nice and professional. However, I was charged a $50 ‘deposit fee’ for that consultation. Couple days later they called back and informed me that they don’t take my Aetna dental plan specifically. Now they kept the $50 deposit fee and ask for another $13 to cover for that consultation.Now I’m out of $50 (im refusing to pay the remaining $13) despite it was their office fault to not carefully verify my insurance eligibility beforehand.
