I had a fantastic experience at Ora Dental!! Both the hygienist and dentist were incredibly knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me on any services. The hygienist was very kind and took extra time/care so as to not cause any pain during the cleaning (I have gum recession).I'll be moving across the city soon, but will take the time to travel back to Ora Dental for future visits because of their incredible service.

Loved Dr Reggie Thurston and was his patient for few years. However had quite a disappointing interactions with admin and billing staff. For entire year I’ve had multiple appointment and was getting billing statement with insurance coverage, only a year after I was told that my insurance claims were rejected. While I recognize it’s my insurance problems, admin was rude and impolite explaining that to me as a patient who has been going to their clinic for 3 years. Left extremely bad taste. As a patient who paid thousands of dollars to this clinic over the years such attitude is not something I tolerate for myself - so had to find stop going here, despite the fact that doctor is amazing.
