I have visited this clinic four times, and each time, I have had a great experience. I plan to continue returning for future work. Dr. Ana Cristina greets you with her amazing personality; she is a very smart, charismatic, and caring person. She always makes you feel comfortable, and my experiences with her have always been pain-free. Her husband works alongside her, and when I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted, I experienced zero pain as he performed the procedure. Their clinic is consistently clean, and they utilize high-quality equipment, which makes me feel very safe under their care.

Dr. Ana Cristina Castro was absolutely amazing. I had multiple traumatic experiences as a child with going to the dentist but she helped me every step of the way. She is so kind, patient, and puts lots of love in her work. She changed my life for the better and I actually look forward to my appointments.

This is a place-holder for the review I'm going to write, but this needs to be said so it can help people find an awesome dentist. I've been to a great many dentists in my life, located all over the US. The OnDent Clinic is far and away the best I've been to thus far in my 60 years of life. Such a pleasure to go to, not only for the work but also for the people! The two main doctors speak English! Dr Ana speaks it fluidly. That was my original selling point.Like I mentioned, I intend to rewrite this review to attempt to properly outline the (very positive) experience, but this will hopefully tip the scales in your mind when you are seeking a dental office in Mexico.

For the first time in my daughter's 7 years going to a dentist appointment, she didn’t need anesthesia. Dr. Castillo was very loving and caring making my daughter feel so comfortable and secure that was able to perform her teeth cleaning without a problem. At the same time, it made a difference in my daughter's experience visiting the dentist. Ondent clinic staff is very professional making their calls ahead of time and calling back after a few months to check back that everything is going well with their patients.
