Absolute nightmares. To all the students who would think you’d save money: don’t go, especially if you are in pain. Just go to some private practice with experienced doctors that you trust, even it means more costs. They are nice people in this office, don’t get me wrong, just inexperienced and unprofessional to solve my problem but caused me more problems. I took my price because of my reckless decision, but I hope you don’t need to. I don’t know, if you have easy procedures, maybe you could go there, but why the risks? Two months ago I did a comprehensive exam. While I didn’t feel any pain anywhere, they somehow decided they need to redo my previous fillings, and I believed them, which now looking back, might not be a good or necessary suggestion. Not to mention, their appointments are hard to get, even you got it soon, every time you’ll be assigned with a different student with inconsistent opinions about your situation. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I guess that’s all you can expect from a student practice.Right after they did fillings on 2 of my teeth, I started a two-month nightmare. I was having serious pain constantly and went there so many times, but every time I came to the office, they couldn’t find the problem, and they claim the filling procedures are normal and fine, they had no clues and always showed that they are surprised at my situation. They even said it’s facial pain not caused by the teeth. Even so, they didn’t give a solution while they can’t figure out, they didn’t say go to other doctors or rule out whatever else that’s not caused by teeth, instead, they told me to go back taking pain killers and just live with it. So many misdiagnoses caused me looking into other directions, I even saw an ENT doctor for this, which now looks ridiculous.By the time I realized I should change a dentist, I was having severe constant pain for nearly a month, which I can’t eat or drink or sleep properly, and I was anxious because of the pain all the time, it was giving me mental traumas. And by the time I went to another dentist in private practice for help, they found my teeth are already dead, nerves dead, and I need root canal for both of them! It was periapical periodontitis and there are infections around the fillings they did. And I guess what made them hard to diagnose is because I was having a lot of transfer pain around a big area of many teeth. But all of that, they didn’t know, and they didn’t even try to solve any of my problems. I ended up doing two root canals in a row. And at my new dental, I immediately notice the difference of the services I got, the standard of professionals, the details of knowledge, they explained everything I didn’t got the explanation at this practice. Then I knew I made the wrong decision two months ago.Just sad tragedies. - S D
