All the staff were friendly and created a welcoming environment. Dr.Addison clarified the surgical procedures and eased our anxiety. The surgery went well and post-op care instructions were explicitly explained and reviewed with surgical support staff …all questions were answered satisfactorily . Dr. Addison called our home the next day to check patient status. (That was unexpected but appreciated). Overall I would rate this experience an A+++. Our thanks to young Evan for his patience and great communication skills.

About a month and a half ago, Dr. Addison removed my impacted wisdom tooth. He handled the tricky extraction really well, and I felt I was in skilled hands. The whole team was very thoughtful and checked in with me several times afterward to make sure my recovery was going smoothly.As someone new to the U.S. dental system, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made the whole experience very positive. They even gave me ice cream afterward, which was a nice touch! I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend Dr. Addison for anyone needing similar treatment.

I was recommended to Nu Image by my orthodontist. I had two procedures done on two separate days and Dr. Addison and his team were great both times. I had no idea what to expect but they took great care of me and my extractions went great! Would I recommend family/friends to see Dr. Addison? Yes, I would. Will I return if future services are required/recommended? Absolutely. The procedures were explained prior to surgery, I was given the warmest blanket to keep me comfortable, sent home with chocolate ice cream and received a call from Dr. Addison post-op, who called to check on me and make sure I was recovering well. Customer service is important to me and they exceeded in my book. Any questions I had were handled with a quick turn around time by phone, email or with his team during my visits. Thank you again for the quality of work you provided, Dr. Addison!
