Get a second opinion from another dentist (private practice) if Nova Dental attempts to extract/implant. It's $6,000 per implant...but you'd be amazed at what a truly trained dentist can do to save teeth for a lot less. Also? Death creeps through the gums. Floss!

If I could give zero stars I would. The horrible attitude from the front desk staff is deplorable! You are dealing with patients!! A little kindness goes a long way. Throwing attitude at an existing patient who is having extreme mouth pain is not acceptable. Then to hang up on me when I mentioned I’ll need to find someone who can see me sooner because of the pain. Her response, “ok whatever” and then hung up. And I do plan on stopping in on my way home today to speak to the office manager if they have one.

This dentist office cares about nothing but money! They’ve cheated my insurance and also charged me $25 cancellation fee. Additionally, due to internet outrage my flight was cancelled so I called ahead of my appointment TOMORROW and was advised I’d be charged another $25 because it wasn’t 24 hrs when before I was advised it was because I didn’t call the day before. I explained the flight cancellation and they were completely unaccommodating! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They will never see another dime from me!!!!

Unprofessional Manager at the front desk and staff, embarrassed my husband and I in front of people in the office regarding his dental care, violated his Hippa Law by raising her voice about my husband's health information and allowing everyone in their office to hear his private information.

From the front office staff to the hygienist to the dentist, I had a great experience at the Nova Dental office in North Haven. The staff was friendly and helpful even under stressful conditions with their internet being down. The hygienist (Anna) did a more thorough cleaning than the previous practice that I went to ever did. She was also personable and knowledgeable. The dentist was also very knowledgeable, and I am happy with the plan that she made for my teeth.
