I would not personally recommend this doctor. Although the temporary crown placement was successful, the overall experience was highly negative. The office environment felt tense due to the administrator's confrontational and unprofessional behavior. The absence of doors compromised privacy and exposed patients to conflicts from the administrator's phone conversations. Additionally, the lack of doors resulted in sitting in a drafty armchair. Moreover, instrument photos revealed dirtiness and poor hygiene, even prior to any procedures. Given these unsanitary conditions and the erosion of trust, it's challenging to endorse this dentist.

My experience with Dr. Nouhad was fantastic and I'm excited to have found a dentist I can really trust in LA. The entire staff are so friendly and welcoming, and answered all my questions from when I was setting up my appointment to when I was in the waiting room. The office is small and clean, which I liked. Dr. Nouhad is extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He talked me through everything, explaining to me so I could actually understand what was going on and what I needed to improve on. They worked efficiently, which I really appreciate, and always made sure I was comfortable. I am truly impressed and I would highly recommend Dr. Nouhad and his staff - 5 stars easily!

It’s always a comfortable experience coming here! Dr. Sami Nouhad has done an excellent job every time! It’s good to know he has many years of experience being a dentist. Also his staff are nice and friendly!

I visited this office recently: Irma is extremely rude, unprofessional, she has no clue how to deal with customers: she saw me with Muslim hijab, low key, no makeup no fancy purse or cloths, she thought I will not afford to be treated in that dental office…Her first question to me was why youu are here and with no appointement? Are you crazy? Am I there to socialize? obviously, and definitely I was there for visit, checkup and do some teeth work.If I could give (-5) stars I would!! Irma super unprofessional and unethical in everything they do.She litteraly was yelling at me! the tone of her voice speaking with me was so intense, I just had to tell her forget it I am not interetsted to your office service!

This office is now under an internal investigation due to its unprofessional and discriminatory practices. I received a call the day of my appointment with a lie claiming that they called my “insurance” & I wasn’t covered. My insurance confirmed it was a lie. The Dr. and staff are disgracefully rude and the reviews are correct. Be Aware!
