Staff was friendly enough but I was at their office for almost 3 hours to get my teeth cleaned at which time they claimed an issue with my insurance and charged me $100 for an "inspection" and never cleaned my teeth. It was revealed there was no issue with my insurance but I did not get my reimbursement from them until I called their office multiple times. If I want to use my insurance I now have to wait 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. Based on my experience I would not recommend, I walked away feeling scammed out of my time and money.

This was my first time at Northwestern Dental Group. My experience was amazing from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted promptly and taken in for my apt right away. My teeth cleaning, polishing and x-rays were extremely detailed and delicate at the same time. Everything was explained to me by the dentist in a way i could understand and any recommendations were provided on the spot. This dental group is a 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely incredible!! I feel like home when I’m here. Everyone on the staff is beyond friendly and truly welcoming. They are true professionals that care about the job and most importantly us as clients. I’m very fortunate to have found this group and look forward to many more visits as I know I will always be in good hands.PS. The Vernon Hills location is where I go and A+!
