I have been a patient of Dr. Garrett's for over 5 years now and I couldn't be happier! Now, my husband as well as my 2 and 4 year old girls are also patients. Dr. Garrett and and her staff are great with children and my girls actually think that it is a treat to go to the dentist! The staff is professional and warm. My time is always respected and I am never left waiting for my appointment. My cleanings are thorough and gentle and when I do need a filling I feel that Dr. Garrett's attention to detail is excellent. Before a filling, I am giving a print out of the estimated costs and insurance coverage, so there is never any question as to what my out of pocket expense will be. I feel fortunate to have found such a great dentist for our family and will continue to refer her to our family and friends!

I started going to Dr. Garrett 2+ years ago when I moved to the Raleigh area and I feel so lucky to have found such a trustworthy and caring dentist. By the time I started seeing Dr. Garrett I already had a mouth full of fillings and some were starting to crack. She has fixed all my problems and made my teeth look and feel fantastic!Dr. Garrett has fixed 2 fillings (a previous dentist had filled them and they cracked) and did a crown. She took the time to cleary explain to me the procedures and costs beforehand which was very reassuring. She is always caring and professional and makes sure I am comfortable with the procedures and results.Her staff is always friendly and professional and very gentle. They are always on time and efficient so I am never left sitting and waiting for my appointment. They have always been clear with billing and insurance and I have no complaints!There are a lot of choices for dentists in the Raleigh area and I would not go anywhere else. I even started sending my toddler, my husband, and friends to Dr. Garrett as I trust her completely and have been very happy with the care I receive at her practice.

Great experience at North Ridge Dental. First time meeting Dr. Philip in person, it was because of my implant crown coming off and he worked very quickly to detail all of my options. Second time was for my scheduled cleaning and he was thorough as well as his staff. They identified an area that had been monitored for a while and determine there was some decay. He and his staff worked quickly and precisely to get it fixed and back on my way. Thankful for his honesty, will continue to refer my family and friends to his business.

Dr. Garrett is awesome! I was referred to her by a friend for long overdue dental care. She was great! She never once made me feel guilty for the amount of time I had gone without seeking care. She gave me a treatment plan and helped me figure out the best way to get my work done. I have horrible anxiety at the dentist and she made me feel very comfortable! My teeth now feel and look wonderful. I have since started dental hygiene school and my teachers have even complemented me on my dental work! My hygienist Ashleigh was great too! I plan to continue to see Dr. Garrett even after I graduate and find job!
