My kids love seeing Dr. Tori! She is so sweet, fun, very well trained and professional! Being a dental professional myself I have always agreed with her approach to treating kids. She goes beyond the standard of care to deliver the best care. We also really love Aaliyah! She is always kind, cool and clearly knows what she is doing. I bring 4 kids there every time, and she handles it amazingly! Two tips to better improve service: 1) hire a hygienist for cleanings ;) 2) get a balloon machine for after appointments.

As a young patient (20F) getting my wisdom teeth removed, my experience with NCOSO was that they were just trying to rip me off and make as much money off of me as possible, with little regard for my comfort or convenience. First off, when I went in for my consultation for my wisdom teeth removal, the oral surgeon did an x-ray and told me I had a cavity that was caused by my wisdom teeth, and that I needed to get them out as soon as possible or I could lose the tooth. Lo and behold, I went to my dentist a few weeks later, and he told me that “cavity” was actually a shadow in the x-ray and that the oral surgeon should “stick to oral surgery.” So either my oral surgeon was wildly incompetent and couldn’t detect a simple cavity, or was trying to hasten my route to surgery so that he could get the payout. I’m not sure which one NCOSO would rather you believe.Moreover, when I tried speaking with the representative at NCOSO about my options regarding anesthetics and what insurance would cover, she was incredibly condescending and I had to force the information out of her. She acted like I was supposed to already know everything about anesthetics, and the whole staff was incredibly unhelpful in explaining my options and the pricing for each one.Finally, when I went in to do the surgery, the oral surgeon didn’t bother to speak with me about the medications they prescribed for afterwards, and only told my mom-when I was already under anesthesia. However, my mom isn’t caught up with my medical history, and I think it’s a basic expectation that as a legal adult, I get to speak to my doctor about the medications I’m being asked to take before being prescribed them. Clearly, in their eyes, I was too young to handle my own medications, but I was more than old enough to know about anesthetics and their pricing.Once I got out of surgery, the oral surgeon’s assistant rushed me out of the room immediately and gave me absolutely no time to adjust after being awakened from anesthesia. I literally have no recollection of leaving the oral surgeon’s office, all I remember was the woman waking me up and telling me I need to leave and then being in my mom’s car. It was clear that their priority was getting me out for their next patient, not giving me time to recover and making sure I was okay (or telling me what medications they prescribed me). It all felt really rushed and I did not feel cared for at all.Wisdom teeth removal is a common surgery for young people, and if I was treated this way despite protesting and demanding better, I can only imagine how other young adults were treated. It’s common knowledge that most young people don’t go out of their way to leave reviews on google the way that middle aged moms do, (no offense, you all do it because you care) and just because more people aren’t leaving bad reviews doesn’t mean they’re not being taken advantage of. I find it deplorable the way that I was so clearly and obviously disrespected and taken advantage of, and the only reason I’m not leaving a one star review is because I had no complications from the surgery itself. So go if you want, just know that they have no qualms screwing over a 20 year old college student to make a few extra bucks.

I love this ortho and the staff is super sweet I always feel welcome here especially with Kazandra she is always the best when it comes to this and is also very happy to receive her patients with care, this girl is professional and does an amazing job for what she does and I am so amazed, kazandra is just top tier🤗
