I'm currently in the waiting room, 45 minutes after my appointment time, and I've been informed that there is still a patient before me, who is also still in the waiting room, who has the same appointment time as me. I asked why they double booked, and the receptionist informed me that they always book that way. I'm looking at at least an hour and a half wait just to be seen. I have never, in my 30 years, waited that long for a routine cleaning at the dentist. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, if you have any kind of schedule or kids, like I do.

The staff was very professional. Because of Discover Dental I have forgotten about all of my horrible experiences at Dental Works. I highly recommend Discover Dental. It's very clean, the staff makes you feel right at home, they have convenient appointment times. The dentist himself is so personable, and displays great bedside manner.

We took waited an hour the first time we visited and the second time we waited 45 minutes before we decided to leave. Also, offices were not kid friendly. No kid sizes equipment like lead vests for the X-ray machine and they didn’t think to change the TVs to be more child appropriate.
