Dr. Trinh is nice and pretty concise. The front house office could be more welcoming, detailed-oriented, and organized; 1/2 front desk employees greeted me. 30 minutes after I was taken to the back an assistant was setting me up to take x-rays. However, on my application I wrote that I am 3 months pregnant, which would mean I am unable to take X-rays for the sake of my baby. Overlooking pivotal information as such implies room for improvement of communication between front and back house of office, considering taking X-rays on pregnant patients can be detrimental. As a former employee of a clinic I do have an expectation of front office communicating pertinent patient information with the back of office to better serve patients. Bridging that gap of communication could truly improve the flow and organization of this office and any other office. Appreciative of the service of the dental hygienist and hopeful that this office will consider further training to improve the delivery of services to returning, existing and new patients.

I’ve been too many places to have my teeth cleaned. This is the best ever that I’ve been to. Very professional and very very kind people that work their doctors excellent and the lady that cleans my teeth is the best.

First time a dentist didn't make me feel bad for not having the money to regularly go to the dentist. The doctors here are the most respectful, polite, and comforting dentists I have been to. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They also speak Spanish and Vietnamese as well as English, and they are more affordable than any other dentist I have found in the city for the level of quality work they do.Update: changed from 5 to 4 stars. They hired a new gentleman in the last year to work up front who is confrontational, offers bad information, and quite frankly lies in regards to correspondence and insurance claims.
