“I’ve been a customer to this dental office over 10 years, I do have to say the staff is no longer the same and the friendliness and care is no longer there, there are consistent issues with scheduling. Appointments frequently run very late, and it often feels overbooked. I’ve had to wait much longer than expected each visit, which is frustrating, especially when balancing a busy schedule. I hope they improve their scheduling process to make appointments more efficient for their patients. In addition, improving customer care a simple smile and professionalism goes a long way. If they can address these issues, it would make a big difference in the overall experience.”
