They made time for me within 24 hours of contact. I really appreciate Dr. White and his assistant. They checked on me throughout procedure and gave me a "safe" signal if I was feeling too anxiety during procedure.Front desk ladies are welcoming and awesome. Explained all billing, everything very clear during visit.

This was my first visit, and I felt more than welcome. Veronica, the hygienist, was very professional, kind and gentle. She explained everything she was doing throughout the evaluation and cleaning.Once she finished, Dr. Brockenberry came in to examine me. She was very warm and pleasant. She patiently explained the results of the exam. I will definitely return for service in the near future. 👍🏽👍🏽

Dr.Brockenberry is the absolute best !! I’ve been going to New Haven Dental for years and ever since she started she has added such a brightness to the office! She is so easy to talk to and actually takes her time when meeting with you and examining your teeth. I also started bringing by daughter when she was 1 to see Dr.Brockenberry, she is now almost 3 and has been to the dentist multiple times. Each and every time Dr, Brockenberry takes the time to talk with my daughter prior to her cleaning to make her feel as comfortable as possible. Anyone that has young children know how difficult and stressful trips to the dentist can be for young kids ( and the parents lol) but Dr.Brockenberry makes this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend New Haven Dental and Dr. Brockenberry!!!

Unfortunately I won't be back the technicians were great but when I called to follow up about an appointment the receptionist Cheryl was very rude she said my appointment was canceled sense I never responded to them, ( good thing I was calling to reschedule ) I tried explaining to her that I got a new number and it's been over a year obviously they havnt updated my contact information I was there about 6 months prior for my last cleaning. Ended up going in circles with her, I told her I didn't call to argue I just need to schedule an appointment and I guess update my contact information. She hung up on me. Never called back. Very rude and unprofessional. People like this shouldn't be answering phones yet alone in customer service

the office staff explained and were thorough regarding work needed to be done. Hygienist was friendly and did a nice job. Love our new doctor also.
