UPDATE/REPLY TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE-I requested a manager numerous times and was told "NO" by the incredibly rude receptionist. I attempted to resolve this matter and let the owner/manager know what is occurring in this office but was unable/blocked from speaking to anyone beyond the rude receptionist; therefore, here is my 100% honest review of your establishment. This febal response to my review many, many months later is just an attempt to cover the unprofessional, unhygienic practices of this horrific establishment. I only hope that any new clients read ALL reviews about your business. I wish I had, as I would have never become a client.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, dirty... just to name a few issues with this practice. The receptionist is beyond rude and disrespectful. I called to change my appointment over a month in advance, and she made it known what a huge inconvenience it was for her. The last time I checked, that is part of her job being the receptionist.The waiting room is gross. Every chair is covered with stains (I took a picture of the "cleanest"one out of all of them and attached it) The chair in the exam room was not any better, neither was the floor. Gross!I went in for a cleaning today and was faced with the very rude receptionist again. I requested not to have X-rays as they took a full set on my last visit and recently had multiple x-rays due to an unrelated surgery on my sinuses as it is not good to have so much radiation in such a short time. She demanded loudly that I sit down and x-rays were to be done. I told her no and began to explain my reasoning why again, and she continued to raise her voice and demand I have x-rays. She stated it was office policy that x-rays are done each and every time a patient walks into the door. I asked for that policy in writing, and she told me, "No." She also refused to give me a copy of their privacy policy even after they had me sign a form stating I had received it. I requested to speak to a manager and she told me no. I requested again and asked for a copy of the policy as well, and once again, she loudly declined and told me the manager wouldn't be in until 2. At this point, I knew I was not getting anywhere with this woman who insisted on speaking over me, so I told her to have the manager call me when he got in. I never received a call, which was no surprise.I will never return to this office.Read the rest of the reviews by others. After telling a friend of my experience today, she said she was a patient years ago and they told her she had 8 cavities. She found this very odd and went to another dentist for a second opinion, he told her she didn't have any cavities and only one spot that they "needed to keep an eye on." This place is extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I've already called my insurance, and found another dentist who has great reviews. Called and got a very pleasant woman on the phone who made me an appointment with ease.Better business bureau really needs to look into New England Dentals Brookfield office.

The receptionist is a bit unfriendly trying to change apoitments once I have no other options around... that is not my main concern. My main i had one of my 2 of my 5 tooth filling a peace on filling come off, and all I was eating and apple the Receptionist was to friendly about my situation... made me feel like it was my fault, and I probably was eating something hard. They did the filling and fixed the broken filling. Everything went well. However, after all of that, I had awkward filling on my tooths, which I thought was normal after the filling, but that didn't go away, but I sorta used to it... however, 6 months later, the discomfort turned into very mild pain with but the pain over the months has been getting worse, and now the pain is at level 5... honestly, mistakes happen, but honestly, I just don't feel comfortable coming back here again. My last experience was more than uncomfortable.... trust me, the receptionist is not very kind and really makes me feel not welcome... feel free to experience urselfs.

I desperately needed work that was long neglected. This place has been nothing but amazing. Working with my insurance to take care of all my issues. Being super hospitable and professional and still feel so welcomed. Highly recommend. And I'm someone with dental anxiety

Worst customer service ever, I would stay 1000 miles away from this place I had an app to get my wisdom teeth removed, they canceled my app because I was at work and couldt answer the phone I scheduled the app 2 months prior to the event, very rude people
