The receptionist is incredibly rude and hostile. My first visit for a cleaning was terrible (worst cleaning ever), but I didn’t complain because I felt bad at first..Recently, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and request my X-rays, which they said would take a few days. A week later, I received another confirmation text and still no X-rays. When I called back, the same rude receptionist answered, wouldn’t let me speak, and accused me of lying about the text, demanding proof.My complain isn’t about the X-rays not being delivered, it’s how the receptionist didn’t even let me speak. She would cut me off and got very defensive. I have never experienced such disrespect at any office, let alone a dentist’s. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I rarely leave reviews, but this deserved it.
